We are located conveniently to Stowe and Waterbury. The property is situated on a private 30-acre parcel which is somewhat difficult to find. While traveling on Interstate 89 in Vermont you will want to take exit 10 and go North on Route 100 (towards Stowe). You should pass Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Factory (on the Left) in about 1 mile. Continue going North an additional 2.5 miles where you will pass The Cold Hollow Cider Mill (on the Right). Continue another 1000 feet. You will see a guard rail on your left. There is a break in this guard rail with a road sign reading “Blue Heron Cove Dr., Pvt.” This is the driveway. The house is not visible from the highway. Follow this driveway to the end — there are no other houses on this drive.
