Off Season Rates

No pets. No smoking anywhere inside building.

We accept Cash or Checks, no Credit Cards.

50% Deposit is required upon reservation to hold space.

Cancellations must be made 1 month prior to arrival date for a full refund of deposit.

Remainder of payment due upon arrival plus a $500.00 security deposit.

Check in after 4 pm with check out before 11 am.

2 Night minimum stay on weekends.

10 to 12-Person maximum at any time staying in the house. Possible camping allowed in summer for an additional $25.00/person /night.
